Multiple Bets – Explanation

Multiple Bets – Explanation

The multiple bet allows you to combine several bets into one

The total multiple bet odds result from multiplying the odds of all single bets. You can combine different sports and bets on a multiple bet. To win the multiple bet you will need to get all the results right. For example: Austria-Rapid: Rapid wins (odd 2.5) and Dallas Cowboys-St. Louis Rams: Winner: St. Louis Rams (Odd 3) and Sturm Graz-LASK: at range: 1: 0 (Odd 4) – Total odds: 2.5 x 3 x 4 = 30

Combined Multiple Bet

In a bet, you can make several predictions or combined predictions. If all the predictions are correct, the combined multiple bet is won. But you can make mistakes and win something.
There are different types of multiple bets combined, here are some more common types.

Combined multiple 2/4 (6 bets)

In a 2/4 combined multiple bet four predictions are made, of which six multiples of two will be formed. At least two predictions have to be right in order to win something.

Heinz combined multiple (57 bets)

In a Heinz combined multiple bet, six predictions are made, of which fifty-seven bets will be formed: fifteen multiples of two, twenty multiples of three, fifteen multiples of four and a multiple of six. At least two predictions have to be right to win something.

Lucky 15 combined multiple (15 bets)

In a Lucky 15 combined multiple bet, four predictions are made, of which 15 bets will be formed: one simple bet per prediction, six multiples of two, four multiples of three and a multiple of four. At least one prediction has to be right in order to win something.

Multiple combined Yankee (11 bets)

In a Yankee combined multiple bet, four predictions are made, of which eleven bets will be formed: six multiples of two, four multiples of three and a multiple of four. At least two predictions have to be right in order to win something.

Example for combined 2/3:

we will make 3 predictions with the following odds

odd1 = 1.85
odd2 = 2.30
odd3 = 1.90

being a combined 2/3 (r / n) means that two to two “C” combinations will be made out of three predictions. Like this:

C = n! / (n-r)! * r! ; Where ! means factorial (this formula is valid for all types of bets).

C = 3! / (3-2)! * 2! = 6/2 = 3 bets

these three bets for the case:

odd1 * odd2 = 1.85 * 2.30 = 4.255
odd1 * odd3 = 1.85 * 1.90 = 3.515
odd2 * odd3 = 2.30 * 1.90 = 4.370

If you hit the three tips you will win 12.14
If you miss, for example, prognosis 1 you will win only the last combination, 4.370 and so on

As you can see just because you made a mistake, a prognosis reduced your win to almost 1/3. The advantage over the single multiple is that you wouldn’t go to zero.

In your specific case, I suspect that you have made combinations with low odds. ex:

odd1 = 1.50
odd1 = 1.45
odd1 = 1.30

if you miss the prediction 2 you win odd1 * odd2 = 1.50 * 1.30 = 1.95, but as your individual bet was 1, that is, the total bet was 3 * 1 = 3 then you were left with a profit of 1.95-3 = – 1.05
